HSE
Safety first on every site: how we run HSE in the field
From toolbox talks to permit-to-work and community engagement — the everyday habits that keep our people, our clients’ assets and host communities safe.
Our HSE policy is simple to state: no harm to people, no damage to the environment and no damage to our clients’ assets. Living up to it depends on what happens on site every single day.
The day starts with a toolbox talk
Every shift begins with a short briefing on the day’s tasks, the hazards involved and the controls in place. Anyone on site can stop work if something looks unsafe — and is thanked for doing so.
Permits and isolation
Hot work, confined space entry, pressure testing and work on live facilities all need a permit, with isolations verified before work starts and signed off when it ends.
Working with host communities
We treat host communities as partners. Local hiring, clear communication about work schedules and quick response to concerns keep projects moving and relationships strong.
